Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with large mushroom caps (20 to 30), 1 lb. lean sausage, 1/2 to 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1 large pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash, destem and dry mushroom caps.
Brown sausage and crumble.
Add crumbs and cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Fill caps with sausage.
Melt margarine in bottom of large casserole dish.
Place stuffed caps into margarine.
Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350Β° until cheese is melted.
