Sausage-Stuffed Mushroom
Sausage-Stuffed Mushroom is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. medium mushroom, 1/2 lb. pork sausage meat, 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella and 1/4 c. seasoned breadcrumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Remove stems and chop.
Cook sausage in oil until brown. Remove and drain, keeping 2 tablespoons of oil in pan.
Remove from heat.
Add milk, cheese and crumbs.
Mix well.
Fill caps with mixture and place in jelly roll pan.
Bake at 450Β° for 15 minutes.
