Sausage Stuffed French Loaf
Sausage Stuffed French Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) loaf french bread, 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage (hot), 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Hollow bread to 1/2-inch (save crumbs).
Cook sausage, beef and onion until brown; drain.
Add 1 cup of bread crumbs, cheese and next 6 ingredients.
Spoon in loaf and replace ends. Toothpick together.
Melt butter; add garlic.
Cook 1 minute. Brush on loaf.
Wrap in foil, slightly open.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
