Sausage Stroganoff
Sausage Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 c. finely chopped onion, 1 c. finely chopped green peppers, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes and 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large skillet, combine sausage, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until sausage is brown and onion is tender. Drain off pan drippings.
Combine tomatoes, sour cream, water, sugar and seasonings.
Stir into sausage mixture.
Stir in noodles.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
