Sausage Stir-Fry
Sausage Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 32 minutes. Heat a wok or large pot until hot.
Add a small amount of oil to coat bottom.
When oil is hot, add cabbage, onion and celery and stir-fry until it is about half done.
Add sausage rings and continue stirring over high heat until sausage is heated through. Add V-8 juice, beef broth, soy sauce and pepper.
Cook until heated.
Thicken with cornstarch and a little of the reserved beef broth.
Heat through.
Add sesame oil just before serving.
Serve over hot, fluffy rice.
