Sausage Stars
Sausage Stars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked crumbled sausage, 1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar, grated, 1 1/2 c. monterey jack, grated, 1 c. hidden valley original salad dressing mix and 1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced ripe olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Blot sausage dry and combine with cheese, salad dressing mix, olives and red pepper.
Lightly grease mini-muffin tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup.
Brush with oil or spray with Pam.
Bake 5 minutes, until golden.
Remove from tins and place on baking sheet.
Fill with sausage mixture.
Bake 5 minutes, until hot.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
