Sausage Stars
Sausage Stars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked, crumbed ground pork, 1 1/2 c. grated monterey jack cheese, 1 can sliced ripe olives, 1 pkg. fresh or frozen won ton wrappers (or egg roll wrappers) and 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Blot cooked ground pork dry with paper towels. Combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red pepper.
Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and press 1 wrapper that has been cut in quarters in each cup. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes until golden.
Remove from tins and place on baking sheet. Fill each "star" with meat mixture. Bake 5 minutes until bubbly. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
