Combine biscuit mix with milk and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Spread in oblong baking pan (do not grease).

Mixture will be very thin, but spread evenly into the corners.

Meanwhile, brown sausage in skillet, stirring often to break up.

Add onion and continue stirring and cooking until meat is brown and onion crisp-tender.

Drain well.

Spread sausage mixture evenly over biscuit dough.
