Sausage Squares
Sausage Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot sausage, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 egg, beaten and 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown sausage and onion in skillet over low heat, stirring until crumbly.
Drain sausage well.
Add next 5 ingredients.
Mix well.
Mix Bisquick, milk and mayonnaise in bowl.
Spread half the dough over bottom of greased 8-inch baking pan and then spread the mix of sausage over the dough.
Spread the last dough and brush with beaten egg yolk.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
