Sausage-Spinach Macaroni is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage (link or bulk), 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, 1 small can tomato sauce, 2 cloves garlic, smashed and diced and 1 lb. gnocchi or cavetelli macaroni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown sausage; drain grease.
If link sausage, take out of casing and crumble well.
Put back in pan and add garlic, spinach and tomato sauce.
Cook on low until sauce and spinach are done and well blended.
