Sausage Rice Casserole
Sausage Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot sausage, 1 lb. mild sausage, 1 large onion, diced (1 c.), 1 green pepper, diced (1 c.) and 3/4 large jar cheez whiz, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown sausage with onion and green pepper. Drain. Add soup and Cheez Whiz.
Cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
Spread rice in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
Top with sausage mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until bubbly. (Easily made up night before and refrigerated overnight before baking.)
