Sausage Quiche
Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked pie shell, 1/2 to 1 lb. sausage, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Fully cook sausage; drain.
Combine sausage, onion, cheese, flour and parsley flakes.
Mix well.
Spread in unbaked pie shell. Beat together eggs and evaporated milk; pour over sausage mixture.
Bake on preheated cookie sheet at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set.
