Sausage Quiche
Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pie crust, 1 lb. sausage, 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, 2 tsp. parsley and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown meat with onions; drain well.
Add cheese, parsley, flour, onions and mushrooms.
Stir these gently together.
Spoon into pie shell.
Beat eggs and milk together and pour over all in pie crust when you're ready to bake.
You may make this ahead and pour milk and eggs on when ready to bake.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let set for 5 minutes before cutting.
