Sausage Quiche
Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch pie shell, 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

👨🍳 Instructions
Bake pie shell at 400° for 3 minutes.
Prick with fork, bake 5 minutes longer and let cool.
Cook sausage until browned; drain. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings in a medium mixing bowl.
Mix lightly.
Stir in sausage.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese over pastry shell; top with sausage mixture.
Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup cheese and bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until set.
