Sausage Quiche

Bake pie shell at 400° for 3 minutes.
Prick with fork, bake 5 minutes longer and let cool.
Cook sausage until browned; drain. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings in a medium mixing bowl.
Mix lightly.
Stir in sausage.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese over pastry shell; top with sausage mixture.
Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup cheese and bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until set.
