Sausage Quiche
Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bisquick, 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained, 2 c. sharp cheese, grated, 1/4 c. onion, chopped and 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook meat and drain well.
Spread on bottom of greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Mix milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper in bowl with wire whip.
Add onion and pepper; pour over top of meat and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until firm in middle.
