Sausage Quiche
Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pastry shell, 1 lb. sausage, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown sausage in skillet; drain.
Cut into small pieces.
Add onion to skillet and cook until soft.
Combine onion with sausage and sprinkle over bottom of pastry shell.
Sprinkle on cheese. Combine egg, salt, light cream and milk.
Beat slightly.
Pour over ingredients in pastry shell.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
