Sausage Quiche
Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked pie crust, 1/2 lb. sausage, scrambled and drained, 3 or 4 slices cheese, 1/2 c. grated medium sharp cheese and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Line pie crust with sliced cheese.
Place scrambled sausage over this.
Spread with grated cheese on top of sausage.
Beat eggs and milk and pour over top.
