Sausage Pies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 thin pie crusts (uncooked), 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained, 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated, 1 c. milk and 1/2 c. onion or 1 tbsp. minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Allow sausage to cool.
Grate cheese.
Combine flour, cheese and dry ingredients; spread over pie shell.
Mix eggs and milk; pour over cheese mixture.
