Sausage Pie
Sausage Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 9-inch pie shell, 1 1/2 c. grated swiss cheese, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper and 1/4 c. red bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook sausage until done. Crumble and drain.
Mix cheese and sausage.
Put in shell.
Beat eggs. Combine remaining ingredients and add to eggs.
Pour in shell. Bake at 375Β° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
