Sausage Pie
Sausage Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch frozen pie crust, 3/4 lb. sausage meat, 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 3 eggs, beaten and 1/2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown sausage meat; drain and place in bottom of uncooked crust.
Mix eggs, cheese, half and half, salt and pepper in bowl; pour over sausage.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350Β° oven until golden brown.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then cut.
