Sausage Pasta Rolls
Sausage Pasta Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 8 lasagna noodles, cooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove casing from sausage; crumble and brown in skillet. Drain. Add onion; stir in 1/2 cup sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover each noodle with sausage mixture; roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Spoon remaining mixture over noodles. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
