Sausage 'n' Cabbage Soup
Sausage 'N' Cabbage Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/3 lb. sausage, 2 c. coarsely chopped cabbage, 1/2 c. finely chopped carrots and 1 can campbell's golden mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large kettle, over high heat, cook beef and sausage until brown.
Add cabbage and carrots.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring often. Drain.
Stir in soups, water and potatoes.
Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 10 to 15 minutes, or until carrots and potatoes are tender.
Makes about 7 cups.
