Sausage Mushroom Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch unbaked pastry shell, 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 lb. mushrooms, 1/2 c. parsley and 2 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown sausage slowly until liquid is cooked off.
Drain grease, add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
Add parsley.
Beat eggs and blend in cheese and cream.
Stir in salt.
