Sausage Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. good sausage, 1 carton sour cream onion dip, 1 c. self-rising meal, 1 c. self-rising flour and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix sausage, dip and buttermilk.
To the sausage mixture, add the meal and flour.
Mix well.
Grease small muffin tins well and fill with mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen.
