Sausage Macaroni Casserole
Sausage Macaroni Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. oregano and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown sausage and drain.
Add green pepper, onion, oregano and pepper.
Stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of water.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add macaroni and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
Mix well. Spoon into 1 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
