Sausage Gravy And Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. seasoned pork sausage, 3 rounded tbsp. flour, 2 1/2 c. milk, salt and pepper to taste and 1 tsp. durkee au jus mix (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown and crumble sausage.
With slotted spoon, remove sausage and drain well.
Pour off all but 3 tablespoons fat.
To the fat, add flour and mix until smooth.
Add milk, salt and pepper.
Keep stirring until you have a smooth gravy.
Add the sausage and Au Jus mix, if desired.
