Sausage Gravy
Sausage Gravy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped, 6 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 4 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Crumble sausage into a large sauce pan.
Cook over medium-low heat.
Add onion.
Cook and stir until transparent.
Drain. Discard all but two tablespoons of drippings.
Stir in flour. Cook over medium-low heat about 6 minutes or until mixture bubbles and turns golden.
Stir in milk.
Add seasonings.
Cook stirring until thickened.
Serves 4-6.
