Sausage Gravy
Sausage Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork sausage or turkey sausage, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. whole or 2% milk, salt and pepper and your favorite biscuits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown sausage in a large skillet.
Do not drain.
Sprinkle in flour and stir over medium heat until all the whiteness is gone. Add the milk and stir constantly until thick, adding the salt and pepper as you stir.
Add more milk if it gets too thick.
Serve over hot biscuits.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
