Sausage Gravy
Sausage Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sausage, 3 tbsp. flour, 3 c. milk (1 can milk may be used in this measurement) and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook sausage in large skillet until light in color.
Remove from pan, leaving all sausage drippings.
(With fork, tear up sausage and reserve.)
To drippings, blend in flour, salt and pepper (to taste).
To this add milk slowly, stirring.
When mixture begins to thicken, add sausage.
Delicious over homemade baked biscuits or crunchy buttered toast.
