Sausage Egg Casserole
Sausage Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 9 eggs, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese and 1 (4 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook sausage and drain.
Place with bread crumbs in bottom of 11 x 14-inch baking dish.
Mix other ingredients and pour over sausage.
Cook at 375Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
Can be frozen.
If so, cook only 30 minutes, then when thawed, cook 15 minutes.
