Sausage-Egg Casserole
Sausage-Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices pepperidge farm, thin sliced bread, crust removed, 1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled, 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 4 eggs, beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Lay bread slices on bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan; sprinkle cheese on top.
Sprinkle sausage on top; mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper, pour on top.
Soak overnight. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes until bubbly and firm.
