Sausage Egg is an easy dinner. Made with 1 leftover sausage cake, chopped, 1 egg, 1 tsp. water, dash of natural seasoning or onion powder and oil or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix egg with sausage meat, water and seasoning.
Pour into skillet with small amount of oil or butter.
Over medium or hot heat, cook as an omelet.
Turn once until edges are brown.
Serve with slices of tomato.
