Sausage Dressing
Sausage Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. celery, chopped, 1 lb. pork sausage, 4 medium onions, chopped, 2 tsp. poultry seasoning and sage to taste and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown sausage with all ingredients except bread crumbs.
Add to bread crumbs.
Moisten with warm water until "sticky" mixture. Stuff a 15 to 19-pound turkey.
Extra dressing may be cooked in covered buttered casserole for about 1 1/2 hours.
