Sausage-Cornbread Casserole Bake
Sausage-Cornbread Casserole Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Grease 10 1/2-inch skillet.
Brown sausage and onion.
Drain well. Combine eggs, cornmeal, corn, milk and oil.

Pour remaining batter over top.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
If using plain cornmeal, add 2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon of salt.
