Sausage Cornbread
Sausage Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 1/2 c. cornmeal and 1 can corn (cream-style), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Brown sausage with onion and drain. Combine meal, eggs, corn, milk and oil.
Pour half of mixture into iron skillet.
Sprinkle sausage mix and cheese.
Pour rest of batter on top.
Bake 30 or 40 minutes.
