Sausage Cheese Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp cracker barrel cheese, 1 medium onion, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 2 cans pillsbury croissant rolls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown sausage. Drain. Combine sausage, grated cheese and grated onion.
Mix together and put by spoonfuls on top of triangle size croissant rolls.
Amount of cream cheese on top of sausage mixture.
Up ends and roll into a ball.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Bake in oven, then reduce to 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
