Sausage Cheese Dip
Sausage Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, fried, diced fine and drained, 2 lb. box velveeta cheese, 3 tbsp. milk and 8 oz. salsa (your choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry, dice and drain sausage and then remove from large skillet.
Put milk in bottom of same skillet.
Cut Velveeta into chunks and add to skillet along with salsa.
Stir constantly until cheese melts (scorches easily).
When cheese has melted, add sausage back to the mixture and serve immediately.
It may be kept warm in a crock-pot on low for 2 to 3 hours.
