Sausage-Cheese Balls
Sausage-Cheese Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage (breakfast), 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 3 c. bisquick mix and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook sausage in skillet, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Break up sausage as it cooks.
Drain off fat.
Let cool.
In 2-quart bowl, mix meat, cheese, Bisquick and water; roll into 1-inch balls.
Bake at 400Β° on lightly greased cookie sheet until fluffed and browned. Serve hot.
Makes approximately 30 balls.
