Sausage-Cheese Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. biscuit mix, 1 lb. hot bulk sausage (southern belle) and 10 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese (coon brand), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix bulk sausage with packed biscuit mix.
Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
Add cheese to sausage mixture and stir to make an even blend of ingredients.
Make into tiny balls and freeze. Thaw when ready to bake on ungreased baking sheet in a hot 400Β° oven about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve piping hot. Yields 100 to 150 balls.
