Mix Bisquick with enough milk to make a moist dough.
Mix in cheese and sausage.
Form into 1-inch balls. (I drop by spoon.) Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown but not overdone.
Yields about 5 dozen.
