Sausage Cheese Balls
Sausage Cheese Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean pork sausage meat, 10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated and 3 1/2 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Break up sausage meat into small pieces.
Allow to stand at room temperature until softened.
Mix in cheese and Bisquick with hands and thoroughly blend mixture until it can be formed into a large ball.
Pinch off small pieces and roll to form balls, about the size of large marbles.
Place on baking sheet not touching and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until balls are puffed and golden brown (bake on lowest rack in oven).
