Sausage Cheese Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. rudy's farm sausage (mild), 3 1/2 c. bisquick mix and 10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Break up sausage into small pieces.
Allow to stand at room temperature until softened.
Mix in cheese and Bisquick mix with hands.
Thoroughly blend the mixture until it can be formed into a large ball.
Pinch off small pieces and roll into little balls. Place on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 325° to 350° for about 20 minutes or until balls are puffed and golden brown. They should be baked on a rack one notch below the middle of oven. Serve with mustard or chili sauce.
