Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. small egg noodles, 2 lb. mild sausage, 1/2 can green chilies, chopped, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 small can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook and drain noodles.
Cook and drain sausage.
Place noodles in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Pour sausage over noodles.
