Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 large onion, chopped, 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup and 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook sausage, onion and thyme in skillet until sausage is browned, stirring to separate meat.
Pour off fat.
Stir in soup, tomatoes and vegetables.
Heat to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add stuffing.
Mix lightly.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until hot throughout.
