Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with roll dough; press seams to seal.
Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Layer sausage and cheese in prepared dish.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl; mix until smooth.
Pour over layers. Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
