Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 count) can crescent rolls, 1 lb. pork sausage, 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 4 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with roll dough; press seams to seal.
Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Layer sausage and cheese in prepared dish.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl; mix until smooth.
Pour over layers. Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings.
