Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, 6 slices bread, softened butter, 1/2 c. longhorn cheese, shredded and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook sausage until crumbly; drain on paper towels.
Spread butter on bread and place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle sausage on bread, then cheese on sausage.
Combine eggs, half and half and spices.
Beat well; pour over cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
