Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sausage, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/2 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry sausage; drain.
Mix chopped onions, celery soup mix, hot water, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Place rice in bottom of 2-quart casserole, then the sausage.
Pour the soup and vegetable mixture over the sausage.
Place finely sliced almonds on top (optional).
Bake 45 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Stir well. Saute some more almonds and place on top.
Return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
