Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 slices bread, 1 lb. sausage, 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Remove crusts from bread and cube. Line bottom of pan with cubes.
Cook sausage and drain.
Sprinkle over bread.
Cover with cheeses and mushrooms.
Combine cream, milk and eggs.
Add seasonings and pour over other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Serves 8.
