Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. crescent rolls (8 pack), 1 lb. neese's hot sausage, 6 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 1 (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and crumble sausage; drain well.
Press rolls into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle sausage over rolls.
Beat eggs slightly; add milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well; pour over sausage.
Sprinkle cheese over all and bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
