Sausage Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. browned, drained sausage, 6 slices crumbled bread, 2 c. milk, 5 eggs and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Layer sausage and bread.
Pour eggs and milk mixture over sausage and bread.
Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight or bake at once for 25 minutes at 325Β°.
Makes enough for 6 or 8 people.
Can be frozen for several weeks.
Rewarm and serve.
